Acceptance
Accept what you feel. By deeply accepting what you feel, who you are and what you experience you create the possibility to change for good. You need to work on accepting what you feel and what or who bothers you. If you are angry at someone because they hurt you then that resulting anger is your individual problem. You need to accept what you feel and what happened. If you do not accept you cannot overcome the blockage and will never fully understand what happens.
Forgiveness
Be forgiving with yourself and your traitors or enemies. Forgivess is practical wisdom and not naive. Forgiveness is the key for liberating yourself from emotional issues. Forgive yourself and accept yourself how you are. Forgive who bothers you, so they do not bother you. Forgive to end the cycle of violence within and around yourself to create a better tomorrow.
Compassion
Compassion is eternal wisdom that guides us to see things from a higher perspective. From a perspective of one-ness we are asking “What is the best for everyone?” Sometimes somebody causes a terrible accident which might cause a beautiful development for the victim. You cannot understand all of the benevolent happenings in nature. But there truly is a deeper intelligence that works in favour of your and everybody’s healing and evolution. Be compassionate with yourself and others and try to see things from a higher perspective.
It is truly helpful to work on your compassionate, accepting and forgiving mindset. It enables to heal your emotions and to build your own foundation for lifelong healing and evolution.

It is very helpful to accept that all of your sufferings, whatever they are, happen for evolutionary reasons. We suggest embracing the opportunity to learn about your true nature and discover your blind spots so you can heal and evolve beyond this life.
